Terms of reference
The rapid development of information and communications technologies has greatly reduced costs for access to information, but then increased the challenges to make effective use of available and accumulated knowledge since it requires new skills of both professionals and systems to capture and organize information within their systems and human resources in health to retrieve the information.
The production, mediation and use of information and knowledge demand new skills and positioning of the actors, therefore new educational methods and content, both in the training of health personnel and in the instruction of users.
