Call for Posters Session
The participants of the CRICS9 are invited to present and to share its experiences or research on the subject “eHealth in the Americas” in the Session of Posters of the CRICS9 (click here for thematic tracks). The material can be presented in any of the following languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
Participants should submit their proposals through a descriptive abstract of the experience or research, in the appropriate form which is available on the Web.
The submitted summaries will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the Congress considering the following criteria: relevance and importance of the content to the subject and subtopics of the CRICS9 and quality of the information.
There is no limit for the submission of papers by author.
Presentation
The selected summaries will be presented in the CRICS9 exclusively in the modality of electronic poster (ppt or pdf format), between October 22 and 24, 2012, by one of the authors in stations located in the headquarters of the event and equipped with computers and plasma screens.
The presentation of the poster should be carried out by one of the registered authors in the Congress. He or she will have 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and/or discussion.
Upon submitting a summary of the Poster to the CRICS9, the authors authorize the Organizing Commission to publish and disseminate the Poster on the CRICS9 website and in other media, not admitting any payment by copyright.
Submission
Everyone interested in participating at the Posters Session is invited to complete the form of submission of Posters, available in the Web, along with a descriptive abstract of its experience or research, with a text of maximum 400 words.
- Deadline for abstracts submission is August 30, 2012
- Submissions of abstracts of Posters via fax, mail, or E-mail, will not be accepted.
